Today’s prompt – Low salt, full flavour
I did a search and found this black bean and corn chowder.
1 can black beans
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 cups of plant based milk
4 cups of water
1/4 two garlic powder
Pepper to taste
Fry the onion, chuck everything else in and cook for 15 mins, blend half the soup and mix back in.
I chose this recipe as I do enjoy a black bean soup but I did really notice the absence of salt in this meal and I probably wouldn’t make this one again.

It sounds like a good soup, shame you missed the salt. Whenever I make anything low salt, my boyfriend samples it and chucks in a load of salt and other seasonings to jazz it up!
