Today’s prompt is – Brunch & Munch
The English fry up is a very traditional meal and being vegan doesn’t mean you have to miss out!
For this meal I used Sainsbury’s shroomdogs with are very similar to fresh meat sausages in their appearance and taste. I added hash browns, mushrooms and spinach. I have never been one for tomatoes and I have tried and tried and I think finally after 30+ years my taste buds are starting to adapt to them! I roasted these in the oven for 30 minutes with a little garlic oil and salt. Lastly we have Heinz baked beans. I am very particular about my beans not touching other things on my plate so they get their own little ramekin!
