Today’s prompt is – Artist inspired
We visited the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam on our trip abroad last October so I thought I would use sunflowers as the inspiration for this meal.
I do love a good sunflower and as it is the logo of the vegan society I had one tattooed on my arm in February for my birthday.
My cousin also bought me a sunflower latch and hook kit for my birthday which I made into this lovely cushion.
I made this simple salad by chopping veg I had in the fridge into slivers and arrange in a circle pattern. I then topped with baked fermented tofu.
